Soup season is officially upon us...

…and I love soup so much (soup is the dinner that hugs you from the inside), so I’m sharing the soups I’ve made so far (emphasis on so far) and I’d love for you to respond or comment with your favorite soup recipes:

• Martha Stewart’s Apple-Butternut Squash Soup (with veggie broth and some slight spice variation);

• Kimchi-jjigae with tofu (as much as I would love to make my own anchovy stock, I went with store-bought chicken broth and it was still delicious);

• Turkey chili (I do not use a recipe — think ground turkey, onion, garlic, canned tomatoes, whatever beans ya got, lots of chili powder, cumin, bay leaves, paprika vibes).
